Ordering with rizzelle is as easy as glowing skin! Simply browse through our collection, add your favorite products to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your details, choose your payment method, and voila! Your skincare goodies are on their way.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We like to keep it flexible! We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Our payments are processed securely via Razorpay, ensuring a smooth and safe transaction every time.

We typically dispatch your orders within 1-4 business days. Your skincare essentials will reach you within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. 6. Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2999. For smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply, which will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we’re not offering international shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) right now, but stay tuned as we expand!

 

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations won’t be possible. To cancel, simply contact us at [email protected], and we’ll take care of it!

We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned. We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Just send us a complete unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a pickup and a refund or replacement (whichever you prefer!).
